Located at Space Launch Complex 4 East, the project consisted of a new 32,000 SF unreinforced, flexural FAA road. The road served as the main artery for transporting rockets from the hangar to the launch pad. The road terminated into two overpasses that straddled the rocket delivery vehicle (the transport erector) over a hydraulic lift which would raise the rocket to a vertical position and onto the pad.
