After being headquartered in the same location for over 90 years, the San Antonio Water Company recently started to see a reduction in its productivity due to space constraints and has decided to move its offices. As a result, the Company is planning to construct a new headquarters facility and brought on CEDG Architects to lead the design effort. Our cost management team has since reviewed the project and helped to establish budgetary construction costs. Our work was performed off of preliminary floor & site plans along with a design narrative. Proposed project scopes consist of environmentally-friendly office and meeting space, maintenance & storage buildings, and various site improvements.
