Precision performed more than 100 separate cost and constructability reviews for the City of Modesto’s Community Development plan. Additionally, our team conducted various cost estimating exercises built on our understanding of the project needs and related federal regulations governing the City of Modesto’s funding sources. Finally, the sources included the Community Development Block Grant Program, HOME Investment Partnership Program, and the Neighborhood Stabilization Act.
